Zulu Drum 8cm Head 49cm Height

The Zulu Drum is called the Isigubu. The isigubu was first a wooden drum made from a hollowed tree trunk sculpted into a cylindrical shape, but now is almost always made out of a section of an oil drum or paint tin. These drums were made by the drum builder Frank Gauden in Gauteng about 15 years ago.
